Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: From £27,000 per year (Pro rata for part-time hours)
Hours: 25–40 per week

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of our team, you’ll:

• Communicate directly with clients to deliver a friendly, reliable service
• Review and reconcile trial balances and control accounts
• Prepare and submit VAT and CIS returns (using software like Xero and QuickBooks)
• Use tools like Dext, AutoEntry and client management systems to streamline processes
• Assist with general office operations to support team efficiency
• Manage your own client portfolio, taking responsibility for service delivery and accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• AAT Level 3 or equivalent preferred but not essential
• A minimum of 2 years’ accounting experience
• Confident using accounting software and digital tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients
• Great communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Proactive and organised, with a commitment to quality work
